Winter Maintenance is FULL. We are not accepting any more swimmers at this time.
WHAT IS WINTER MAINTENANCE?
Winter Maintenance is our off-season practice program, with practices taking place 1-2 days per week (depending on the group) at the Ladner Leisure Centre. Swimmers meet the coaches on the pool deck for a 15 minute activation, followed by a 45-60 minute practice in the pool. The season will run October 15th 2025 – April 26th 2026. | LITTLE STINGRAYS 1x per week (Saturday) | $240 |
| DIVISION 1-3 1x per week (Saturday) | $240 |
| SENIOR/DIVISION 4+ 1x per week (Sunday or Wednesday) | $240 |
| SENIOR/DIVISION 4+ 2x per week (Sunday and Wednesday) | $415 |
| MASTERS 1x per week (Monday or Wednesday) | $215 |
| MASTERS 2x per week (Monday and Wednesday) | $370 |
PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the above fee, new swimmers or those who did not swim in the summer of 2025 will be required to pay the $40 BCSSA insurance fee.
New swimmers will also need to provide physical proof of birth date (birth certificate or passport) to the Registrar in person.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Swimming fees are payable at the time of online registration. The BCSSA registration fee of $40 will need to be paid if you are new or did not swim in the summer of 2025. Fees are to be e-transferred to treasurer@ladnerstingrays.com. If you have any questions regarding registration, please email registrar@ladnerstingrays.com.
The following refund policy applies to our winter maintenance session ONLY.
Requests for withdrawal must be made in writing to president@ladnerstingrays.com AND registrar@ladnerstingrays.com.
Requests received by the end of the first two weeks of the winter maintenance season: A full refund will be issued, excluding the BCSSA insurance fee ($40).
Requests received after the first two weeks of the winter maintenance season: No refunds will be provided unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Extenuating circumstances: Refund requests will be reviewed on an individual basis, and the refund amount will be determined at the Board’s discretion.
