WHAT IS WINTER MAINTENANCE?
Winter Maintenance is done once or twice a week at the Ladner Leisure Centre. Swimmers meet the coaches on the deck for a 15 minute dry land activation followed by a 1 hour practice in the pool.
Masters are expected to do their own activation.
Fees 2024-2025
| Youth Swimmer Age 5+ (once/week on Saturdays) | $205 |
| Senior Swimmer (twice/week on Sunday/Wednesday) | $355 |
| Masters (once/week on Mondays) | $185 |
Please note: In addition to the above fee, new swimmers or those who did not swim in the summer will be required to pay the $41.60 BCSSA registration fee.
New swimmers will need to provide proof of birth date (birth certificate or passport) to the registrar.
Winter Maintenance Payment & Refund Policy
Swimming fees are payable at the time of online registration. All fees will be paid online through Active. If you have any questions regarding registration please email registrar@ladnerstingrays.com.
The following refund policy applies to our winter maintenance session ONLY.
Requests for withdrawal must be made in writing to registrar@ladnerstingrays.com
When a written request is received by the end of the first two weeks of the winter maintenance session, there will be a full refund of the swimmer’s fees LESS a $50 administration fee.
No refunds will be provided after the first two weeks of the winter maintenance session, unless there are extenuating circumstances, in which case, refunds will be made on an individual basis. The amount refunded will be decided by the club President, Registrar or Treasurer.
