Registration is now open for new members! The season will start October 8th and the last winter maintenance session will be April 26th 2026. For the 2025-2026 WM season- all practices will be taking place at the Ladner Leisure Centre. If you have any questions please contact ladnerstingrays@gmail.com

Little Stingrays, Div 1 – 3 and Masters are FULL, please add yourself to the waitlist, but there is no guarantee that space can be made.

WHAT IS WINTER MAINTENANCE?

Winter Maintenance is done once or twice a week at the Ladner Leisure Centre. Swimmers meet the coaches on the deck for a 15 minute dry land activation followed by a 1 hour practice in the pool.

Fees 2025-2026

Youth Swimmer Age 5+ (once a week on Saturdays)$240
Senior Swimmer – One day a week (Sunday or Wednesday)$240
Senior Swimmer – Twice a week (Sunday and Wednesday)$415
Masters – One day a week (Monday or Wednesday)$215
Masters – Twice a week (Monday and Wednesday)$370

Please note: In addition to the above fee, new swimmers or those who did not swim in the summer will be required to pay the $40.00 BCSSA registration fee.

New swimmers will need to provide proof of birth date (birth certificate or passport) to the registrar.

Winter Maintenance Payment & Refund Policy

Swimming fees are payable at the time of online registration. BCSSA fee of $40.00 will need to be paid if you DID NOT swim Summer 2025. Fees to be e-transferred to treasurer@ladnerstingrays.com. If you have any questions regarding registration please email registrar@ladnerstingrays.com

The following refund policy applies to our winter maintenance session ONLY.

Requests for withdrawal must be made in writing to registrar@ladnerstingrays.com

When a written request is received by the end of the first two weeks of the winter maintenance session, there will be a full refund of the swimmer’s fees LESS a $75 administration fee. 

No refunds will be provided after the first two weeks of the winter maintenance session, unless there are extenuating circumstances, in which case, refunds will be made on an individual basis.  The amount refunded will be decided by the club President, Registrar or Treasurer.
