Winter Maintenance is FULL. We are not accepting any more swimmers at this time.
WHAT IS WINTER MAINTENANCE?
Winter Maintenance is our off-season practice program, occurring 1-2x per week at the Ladner Leisure Centre. Swimmers meet the coaches on the pool deck for a 15 minute activation, followed by a 45-60 minute practice in the pool. The season will run October 15th 2025 – April 26th 2026. WINTER MAINTENANCE FEES
| LITTLE STINGRAYS 1x per week (Saturday) | $240 |
| DIVISION 1-3 1x per week (Saturday) | $240 |
| SENIOR/DIVISION 4+ 1x per week (Sunday or Wednesday) | $240 |
| SENIOR/DIVISION 4+ 2x per week (Sunday and Wednesday) | $415 |
| MASTERS 1x per week (Monday or Wednesday) | $215 |
| MASTERS 2x per week (Monday and Wednesday) | $370 |
PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the above fee, new swimmers or those who did not swim in the summer of 2025 will be required to pay the $40.00 BCSSA registration fee.
New swimmers will also need to provide physical proof of birth date (birth certificate or passport) to the Registrar in person.
WINTER MAINTENANCE PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Swimming fees are payable at the time of online registration. The BCSSA registration fee of $40.00 will need to be paid if you are new or did not swim in the summer of 2025. Fees are to be e-transferred to treasurer@ladnerstingrays.com. If you have any questions regarding registration, please email registrar@ladnerstingrays.com.
The following refund policy applies to our winter maintenance session ONLY.
Requests for withdrawal must be made in writing to registrar@ladnerstingrays.com.
When a written request is received by the end of the first two weeks of the winter maintenance season, there will be a full refund of the swimmer’s fees LESS a $75 administration fee.
No refunds will be provided after the first two weeks of the winter maintenance season, unless there are extenuating circumstances, in which case, refunds will be made on an individual basis. The amount refunded will be decided by the club President, Registrar or Treasurer.
